Lympstone Manor Estate Eau de Vie de Marc

The “Spirit of Lympstone Manor” is a unique Eau de Vie de Marc distillation using the grape pomace from the Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay grown in the Lympstone Manor vineyard after the grapes have been pressed during the winemaking process.

The resulting spirit is incredibly aromatic, with intense floral and cinnamon notes, soft cherry fruit flavours and a smooth finish. Distilled exclusively for Lympstone Manor by Master Distiller Leigh Kearle.
